As we reflect on the last five years of our annual Walleye Tournament and Auction, we are filled with gratitude for your unwavering support. Thanks to your dedication, we have honored Jeffery’s memory while also providing scholarships to deserving students through the Jeffery Powell Memorial Scholarship Fund.
We are thrilled to announce that because of your generosity, we have reached a major milestone: The Jeffery Powell Memorial Scholarship is now a fully endowed fund. This means Jeffery’s legacy will continue to support students in our community in perpetuity.
The 2025 event, which marked Jeffery’s graduation year, served as our final large-scale gathering. While we are concluding the formal auction and competition, the tradition of coming together continues. We invite you to join us for a casual day of fishing on the last Saturday in July each year to celebrate Jeffery’s memory and support our local community
Although the tournament has ended, the fund remains open for those who wish to help it grow. You can continue to support future scholars by donating here:
